1. Current account status
The production version covered by this page does not create an OPD Office account. It does not have an OPD profile, password, or account-based server synchronization service.
Connecting Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Dropbox authorizes OPD Office to work with the provider you selected. The cloud account remains controlled by that provider. Disconnecting it from OPD Office does not delete the provider account or files stored there.
2. Delete documents and app data from your device
- Delete documents you no longer want.
Use OPD Office or your device's file manager. Check shared folders, Downloads, and any folder where you exported a copy. - Clear local app data if needed.
Use your operating system's app-storage settings. This can remove settings, history, caches, and locally stored cloud connection data. - Uninstall the app if you want to remove it.
Uninstalling does not necessarily delete exported files, cloud files, store transactions, protected backups, or data independently held by a service provider.
Back up anything you want to keep. Clearing app data or deleting a local document may be irreversible.
3. Disconnect a cloud service and remove its files
- Disconnect the provider in OPD Office.
Open the cloud area or connected-provider settings and choose the disconnect or sign-out action for Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. - Revoke access with the provider.
For additional control, open the security or connected-app settings in your Google, Microsoft, or Dropbox account and revoke OPD Office access. - Delete cloud files at the provider.
Use the provider's app or website to delete files and empty its trash if you want those copies removed. Tmobix cannot delete the provider account for you.
Disconnecting does not remove local copies. Downloaded or pending cloud files may remain in the OPD Office documents folder after disconnect. Review and delete those copies separately if you no longer want them.
4. Request deletion of identifiable service data
To ask Tmobix to delete identifiable OPD Office service data it controls, send an email to contact@tmobix.com with the subject OPD Office data deletion request.
Include:
- your device platform and OPD Office app version;
- a short description of the data or activity concerned;
- the purchase order or transaction identifier if the request concerns a purchase or subscription;
- any support case number previously provided by Tmobix.
Do not send a password, one-time code, full payment-card number, government identity document, Android device identifier, or private document unless Tmobix explains why specific information is necessary and provides an appropriate method.
The current app uses installation- or device-linked technical identifiers for some quota, security, and entitlement records rather than an OPD account email. Tmobix may ask for reasonable verification information, may be unable to match anonymous technical records from an email address alone, and will explain the result of the search.
5. What a verified request covers
Where Tmobix can reasonably identify data linked to the requester, a verified deletion request covers personal information controlled by Tmobix that is not required for an exception or retention purpose. Depending on how you used the app, this may include support correspondence and identifiable quota, security, purchase-verification, or entitlement records.
The following is not automatically deleted by a request to Tmobix:
These remain under your control on the device or storage location where you saved them.
Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox files must be deleted through the relevant provider.
Google Play, Apple, or another store may retain purchase, refund, and subscription records under its own policy and legal duties.
Limited fraud, security, dispute, tax, or legal records may be retained. Aggregated or de-identified data may remain if it no longer reasonably identifies you.
A deletion request does not cancel a subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store to prevent future renewal.
6. Retention and timing
Tmobix aims to respond to a deletion request within 30 days. Completion depends on whether Tmobix can reasonably match the request to identifiable records and on any lawful retention exception. Tmobix will follow the response and completion periods required by applicable law and will explain when records cannot be matched or additional time is permitted and necessary.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten. Information retained for security, fraud prevention, purchases, disputes, tax, or legal compliance will be limited to those purposes and kept only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
7. If OPD Office adds accounts later
Before a version that creates OPD Office accounts is released, Tmobix will add a clear deletion flow inside the app and update this page with the exact steps. Account deletion will be available from the app's account settings, with this web page remaining as an external request path.
Until that feature is actually released, a menu path such as Settings > Account > Delete account is not shown because there is no OPD Office account to delete.
